6. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
ZONE2 Performance Body Wash is a personal-care and hygiene product.
We do not ordinarily accept returns solely due to a change of mind, fragrance preference or an incorrect quantity selected by the customer.
However, eligible complaints involving damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect, missing or materially misdescribed products will be addressed fairly.
Refunds or replacements will be provided where appropriate under our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
Once an eligible refund is approved and any required inspection is completed, we aim to initiate it within 7 business days. Payment providers and banks may require additional processing time.
